Sarah earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Seattle University, and then began her real estate career with affordable housing acquisitions, development, and construction, followed by operating as managing partner of a local design-build firm that brought her into managing global land acquisitions with Microsoft for data centers. Sarah has a unique, specialized level of experience that is rare.

A lifelong Washington resident, Sarah currently lives in the Beaux Arts Village of Bellevue with her husband and their three children. In her free time, she stays involved in her community through organizations like Sacred Heart Church and Bellevue Downtown Association and volunteers at her church and daughter’s school. You can also often find her spending time outdoors, as she enjoys lake days in the warmer months and skiing during the winter. When she needs a break from the Washington rain, she likes soaking up the sun in some of her favorite vacation destinations like Mexico, Caribbean Cruising, or California.
