Beaux Arts Village

Beaux Arts Village is a picturesque community located in the Eastside region of King County. Originally founded in the early 20th century as an artists’ colony, this charming enclave borders the eastern shores of Lake Washington. Aptly referred to as a “village,” Beaux Arts feels like a small, tight-knit community with just a few hundred residents. Residents enjoy access to the village’s private beach for water recreation and park activities as well as close proximity to all of the opportunities for work, dining, shopping, and entertainment moments away in Seattle and Bellevue.
